1. Partner Visa (Apply Overseas) – Subclass 309 and 100: This visa is for partners of Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. The Subclass 309 visa is a temporary visa that allows you to live in Australia with your partner while waiting for the permanent Subclass 100 visa to be processed.
2. Partner Visa (Apply in Australia) –Subclass 820 and 801:
Similar to the Partner Visa applied overseas, this visa is for partners already in Australia, including married, de facto, or same-sex partners. The Subclass 820 visa is temporary and allows you to stay in Australia until a decision is made on your permanent Subclass 801 visa application.
3. Parent Visa – Subclass 103: The Parent Visa is for parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australia permanently. This visa requires sponsorship from your child who must be a settled Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.
